The customer service provided by the employee named Max was very poor. His attitude during the interaction was unhelpful and dismissive, and he refused to assist us in resolving the situation. Instead of explaining the policy clearly or trying to help, the way he handled the situation made the purchasing experience very unpleasant. This level of customer service is disappointing and not what I would expect from Tesco staff.

Can get what you want but it’s a bit small compared to other superstores.Very Nice customer service makes up for the size though. Podpoint ev charging out front as well.
