Took an Amazon parcel in for return via Hermes. The young shop assistant talked out through each stage and was very patient and kind with us. Your level of service is a credit to Costcutters and was much appreciated , James.

The younger man was very impatient and rude to me today despite being the only person in the shop he clearly did not want to be disturbed! Will not be going back there again!
