thinking Of shopping at Tesco port talbot? Think again! This store banned my autistic friend from the store for picking up discarded receipts and claiming the points from them (Clubcard points) which he thought was a fun game and quite enjoyed. When contacting the store regarding the ban I was lied to and messed around, they told me they would send him a letter telling him how long his ban is then I was told he wasn’t getting a letter then when I tried to ask a duty manager Rachel (on the phone) if we could come into the store for a chat I was screamed down the phone to saying “YOU ARE NOT ENTERING THIS STORE” repeatedly. Eventually once I walked to the store I confronted a security gaurd and what appeared to be another duty manager (as Rachel had run off after her wonderful screaming) Anyway the security gaurd and the duty manager restarted the 6 month ban after 2 months of him already being banned. My friend has ASD which is high ranking on the autism spectrum and if he is messed about or “mislead” to believe something he can get very anxious about it, Tesco port talbot 1upped this and made him 100x less confident to go to his local town centre. I very much dislike Tesco as a whole for this incedent as there customer service team refused to help me or my friend at all. May I advise you stay clear of this store as they ban people because of there disabilities, bullying them into thinking they have broken the law. My friend did not break the law he was simply wombling as it is called and that is NOT illegal.

Great place to shop in Port Talbot. Lot of stuff for Indian cooking is available here.

The TESCO store at Swansea is open 24 x 7.The store stocks almost everything that one would expect from a grocery supermarket. The staff are courteous and friendly. I expect TESCO to do something about the long queues at the check out counters.

Went to tesco earlier today after not being for a while, really disappointed. Most of the freezers were empty as was the chilled section. Went to aldi in the end, and got exactly what I wanted. At a fraction of the cost too

When I visit a Tesco's spotty extra they had a price on the shelf which they didn't agree to as according to the manager on the day on the 25th of the 10th 2017 at approximately 04:30 she said Couldn't Keep to the half price offer on item I selected as it was the day of promotion change even though it already several hours into this day and I'd already got the product to the till. And the labor didn't have a date on it as I had already checked this she basically said pay for it at full price. I like to see how Tesco stands by that the customer is always right and every little helps Tesco's is one hell of a s.h.i.t. company I work there and they are disgusting their trailers a stinking and we pick up all waste from inside and outside stores and canteen waste which leaks inside the cages all over the base's which your stock is put on which everyone buys and cages are not washed at all and the trailers can be up to 5 to 6 months out of wash cycle to. I thought everyone should know who shops their.
