Today at the Dungannon Tesco store I had an unpleasant experience when I wanted to exchange an item for a smaller size. With great sarcasm, the shop assistant said that the item could not be exchanged, which contradicts consumer rights regarding product returns. If the company’s internal rules state otherwise, consumers must be informed about this on the product label. Moreover, they do not even have fitting rooms. Neither the shop assistant nor the manager had any customer communication skills; they argued instead. As a customer, I was not offered any alternative—only humiliation and an unpleasant experience. Dear customers, stay alert.
I ordered online for delivery and the man delivering it said he could not find my house and decided to go home instead, don’t know why he decided to not bother doing the job he is paid to do. What a joke
They said Tesco close at 23h but the true is 22:45h they don't even respect the opening times you do that on Europe you get a fine from the council for don't respect the opening times you have announced
Poor training of staff. I Was treated like a criminal in a self-service area in front of over customers. Till one of the young girl was helping me. The manager just stands near and does nothing. Another girl from self service just walked and laughed.She seemed to be having a good time, not helping her colleague.nSome of the products were damaged because it was packed wrong .
Large superstore has everything you could want, from clothes, electrical, stationery, mobile phones, food and off licence. Convenient to Dungannon town and opposite the bus station. Petrol station on site. Plenty of free parking.
