I regularly shop here and can say it is a lovely store with friendly staff who say hello as you go round and offer help before having to ask for it. The till staff are very professional and there are 3 members of the till staff who I say are definitely 5 star. Two ladies Jo and lesley and a gentleman who name escapes me at this moment but all three are professional helpful and always greet their customers with a smile and chat which is so appreciated. In. todays world its nice to have banter with these three great people. They help anyone with their bags and even more so when certain regularly customers over the years need a bit more help. I do hope that they get some acknowledgement from the management because they do go the extra mile in customer service.

Large store on the outskirts of Buckingham.nnIt has a large, fairly flat car park, well laid out so it's never a long distance to the entrance.nnPlenty of disabled and family parking too.nnThere's a bus stop outside and plenty of buses call here from town and the surrounding areas.nnThe store includes all the services Tesco provides. There's even a choice for Click and Collect, with in store or drive through in the car park.nnCheckout is good, again with choices. Staffed, self service and scan and shop tills available.nnClean and well maintained customer toilets are by the checkouts.nnThere's an in store café too, run by an independent company, offering hot drinks and snacks in comfortable surroundings.

The store itself is fine for shopping. Mostly well stocked and the staff are helpful, but what on earth is going on with the water in the ladies toilets don’t know about the men’s. The water comes out at barely a trickle, it’s been like this for months, got my hands soaped but there was no water to wash with, why what’s the problem? Is there a water shortage in Buckingham. Hand cleanser is provided, but it’s not as good as soap and water.

While shopping at the store yesterday my electric wheelchair developed a major malfunction. No amount of cajoling from me could move it. I was rescued by some lovely understanding and empathetic store staff and the security guard. Although my wheelchair is a complicated device they were able to lift/push me to my car where I was able to load it in. My thanks go to those kind men and women. You are wonderful and a great advert for the store. From Alan Carleton.

Small store, so not the biggest selection of food and drink on offer, but what is there is kept well stocked and it’s easily one of the cleanest Tescos I’ve ever been in. Hopefully though they’ll get round to building the extension they were given planning permission for years ago - Buckingham has doubled in size since this store first opened, and that’s only going to continue going forward!
