I WAS a regular customer in this store. Until I received a £70 parking fine...FOR 6 MINUTES. Of course when I phoned up to speak to someone in the store they are unable to get involved as its Horizon Parking that enforce this. Utter rubbish. I will not be returning to Tesco and will be advising as many of my friends and colleagues to avoid it.
Car park not the best. Food prices of selected foodstuffs high. Staff at tills need to be trained in 'next please' should mean the immediate person in the queue and not someone they've chosen with the most filled trolley. Majority of staff ok.
Your website said opening at 10 am today but with elderly slot 9am-10am . After queuing until 9.10 I and no sign of store opening I caught the attention of staff inside store. He took out mobile phone and showed me the main opening time and walked away without scrolling down to see the special slot at 9am. I had to return home without shopping
it has a good range of product, though not as wide as the larger store in Cookstown. The range is smaller and the prices are slightly more expensive as they carry the more expensive package sizes.
Rang in and asked to see if they had FIFA 17 PS4, they said yes and when I got there , i saw it on display and took it up to pay for it. They then said they didn't have any for PS4. 2 problems, why did they said it was there and why it the PS4 version on display if they don't have it
Went to self service till, the light turned red to wait for assistance, the guy that was over seeing customers walked away to the customer service desk, as he turned around I raised my hand to get his attention, as we had been standing there for over 5mins at this time getting frustrated I didn’t want him to not see me hence why I raised my hand, he walked over to me an wilst scaning his I.D asked me “what do you want” an walked of before I had realised what he had mumbled, disgusting an unacceptable behaviour!!!
Tescos in Magherafelt lazy staff, on shelves out off date food. Returned back customer service even didn't apologise for selling sh#t in their store.
