Disgraceful and racist walked in with my wife and kids and the gentleman told the other lady to keep an eye on my wife and kids so I could try my shoes on I just got up and left ridiculous and disgraceful

Sorry I'm disappointed today I was in Magherafelt store and bought a tower presto omlette maker at £19.99. When I got home I looked on line for recipes for the omlette maker and discovered that I could have bought it in several places for £14.99 and free delivery. Any wonder people dont buy on the High Street.

Went into Cuddy’s to buy a present for my niece after choosing the present I went to the counter to pay was totally ignored by the staff member at the till who was more interested in counting how many pennies were in the till and listening to 3 other members of staff gossiping I would recommend the staff do a customer care course more people might visit the shop and I might return at the moment customer service leaves a lot to be desired

Department store with Toymaster department upstairs. Good range of clothing.

This is for the lingerie store. Twice iv been in now trying to get some sort of service. I can now say il never be back near it. The customer service is appalling. I stood for at least 20 mins waiting for someone until I had to go in search to get somebody and the greeting I got was so dry and very unwelcoming as if I had interrupted their conversation. I wasn't going to write  review until my 60 year old mother came home to tell me she just received the very same treatment. I doubt these ladies need to either go on a customer service training course or find a new job 

A good selection off clothing and accessories, also some beautiful stuff for the home, excellent customer service , very friendly and helpful staff

It's a lovely shop, and customer service very good but the shop is far too cold , the staff were all freezing !!
