Extremely poorly managed store with lots of items out of stock or no longer available. Staffing on checkouts is minimal, it seems that the emphasis is on self scanning your own items to save on staffing costs. What store at Xmas doesn't have the shelves fully packed and the store cleaned prior to opening their doors for business. Having to navigate your way around cleaning machines and packing trolleys at the busiest time of year is simply ludicrous. Its time for a change in 2024, support local businesses and order specialist items online.
Great store, big enough and with everything we need. Services and staff are generally good. Plenty of parking space.
I am not one to complain but there is an extremely rude self check out staff at this store!nImagine asking for help and being told it's not the machines it's your scanning skills ?!nCome on lol , Seems to be some lacking of customer service skills apparently at this store.nI am beyond shocked at the disrespect from this woman / member off staff!nI am aware everyone has their problems outside of work but that was an unacceptable way to talk to a customer that only asked for some help.. shocking, maybe a job out of retail / customer service would be better for you can't believe the likes of the attitude!nApologies to the nice staff that actually work here!
The old ignorant sour bird that works on the self scanners has a face like she hasn't been throttled for years. She needs a serious attitude adjustment. Perhaps a change of role or early retirement would suit her better.
Great selection as well as very impressive array of vegan options - pre-made sandwiches, spreads, yogurts, drinks, snacks. Prices are good as well. I got this vegan meal combo for £3.
