Staff are great and store is tidy however it is not well stocked and you have to navigate cages when shopping - why not stock the shelves when they close. Half the time the offers are never available. On the app the You Nectar prices are normally irrelevant and not what I would buy often and anything I would get isn't available. End up having to go elsewhere for half my shop
Very clean, well laid out aisles, easy to find your way round. The only constructive feedback is on your clearance shelves, the previous prices on some of the clearance orange tickets were so small that they are unreadable, so it was difficult to see the savings your were getting!
Sainsbury’s is generally a good spot—you’ll find decent value at times, especially if you keep an eye on the offers. However, the car park is a headache. It’s chaotic, and a one-way system would really help sort it out. So, shop’s fine—just brace yourself for parking frustrations!
I’ve been shopping here for years but am starting to give up as the number of empty shelves and unavailable items mean that I almost invariably end up having to go elsewhere to complete my shop. The worst is the fresh fruit and veg, which creates a very poor impression, as it is the first thing you encounter on entering the store, and the number of missing BASIC items is infuriating. Staff are great, and checkout quick and easy, but what’s the point if you cannot get what you came in for?
Class set up. Kids loved the play area. Would highly recommend to any parent thinking of going shopping. Don't need to worry about kids not wanting to walk the aisles while the play area open. Will be back next week too
