Tesco Macclesfield is conveniently located and easy to get to, which is a clear positive. However, even during peak hours, several aisles are often partially blocked by carts stacked with cardboard, creating obstructions and feeling unsafe, with items looking close to falling. The click & collect staff always appears under pressure and frequently moving quickly through the aisles, which makes the shopping experience feel rushed and uncomfortable for other customers. In addition, the overall cleanliness could be improved. With better aisle management and housekeeping, the store could offer a much more pleasant experience.
Bogs are a disgrace constantly, it doesn't help that the customers are vandalising them but they definitely need cleaning more frequently.
The place now is a shambles, trucks in all the aisles either full of goods to go on the shelves or full of cardboardnFriday 14 November 11 amnShelves empty or full of empty cartonsnNo sign of identifiable management, not for years, should be around the store to see what is happeningnNo longer neat and tidy
Its always busynNot a good selection noticed empty shelves .I came out disappointednThe things I wanted weren't therenUnless its trumps war that's causing it
Staff are always stood in aisles swearing and chatting, there is a lovely though on the bread section with short brown hair, always beavering away and has a smile on her face! The bloke on self checkouts with the black hair who looks a bit gothy is so miserable! He shouldn't be in a customer service job.
