Inside, it's just an ordinary chain shop. It's a very nice building on the outside, it's great that they kept the style of the city. Although they are not the only ones who have done it. The assortment is usual, but everything is a bit more expensive than in other shops.
i find sainsburys is in decline they dont stock as many items they have closed the cafe meat counter ect some staff have a bad attitude not helpfull at all no one at tills at certain times and not enough till s in use the one that are open there are people waiting for on average 10 to 20 .mins to many auto tills goid old customer service has gone i find they are putting profit before customers ive used sainsburys for years but i find another supermarket that still has good customer service
Husband been shopping there everyday ,in two weeks all fridges/ freezers are not working ,they don't supply enough fruits as well , everything run out by afternoon, we will start going to Tesco. Horrible.
Absolutely horrendous online shopping experience. On our weekly shop we had 2 items that were out of date, 16 items that had 2 days or less shelf life that weren’t highlighted to us, the majority of the other fresh items only had 3 days shelf life. Having returned the items we were left having to go out and buy items that we’d had to return as we didn’t have enough ingredients for the meals we’d planned. I complained to the driver who just gave me a load of attitude and no apology. It’s not the first time we’ve received out of date and unreported short date items from the Macclesfield store. We won’t be online shopping with Sainsburys Macclesfield again.
Always quiet and pretty good retail standards. As with all supermarkets the real prices will shock.. look at the clearance price of dog treats per kg!
