Visited this branch in the dead of night out of desperation and I wasn't disappointed. I got what I needed and the store was nice, elegant and clean.nnI returned sometime later during the day and it was the same. It was quiet but somewhat busy at the same time. Shelves were stacked nicely and I found what I needed with ease.
Had everything we wanted but absolutely zero customer service skills. Had my ID snatched from me without saying a word, no greetings and no thank you. Also tried starting a conversation with the lady at the self scan but was completely blanked.
It was very busy, with lots of families out for a Sunday Ramble. The store never let you down with lots of items for sale. Staff are always polite and seem happy at work. I do miss the deli bar and butcher being staffed. I do like to browes the counters. It is a very good store and my family will continue to visit. Yo ho ho
Excellent home delivery usually monthly but do walk in shop for perishables and for the exercise works well for me a senior with no car.
We have a static caravan in Skegness so use this branch of Tesco when we're there.Compared to our huge two storey Tesco Extra store at home this one is a lot smaller but is always really well stocked and the staff are very helpful.
