Twice just lately I have been in the Skegness Tesco and the operatives on the checkout have not even acknowledged me until it came to telling how much my bill was. They were quite happy to chat with other colleagues through a head piece, laughing and joking with them but had no time for me. I'm sorry but I'm old fashioned and believe in customer service and a simple 'hello'. would be . nice. I will not be returning to your store any time soon. Not just because of the service that I received but also my shopping bill was extortionate
I have shopped at Tesco all over the UK and unfortunately because my Iphone is registered in the USA I can’t download the app. I have always been able to have another shopper let me use their Tesco discount card and it has never been a problem until today. This female employee got involved when I was asking a few customers if I could use their card. She made me feel like I was a criminal and said that it wasn’t allowed. She called security when I asked for a manager even though I hadn’t even raised my voice and was calm. This was ridiculous treatment and I will never shop at Tesco ever again. Horrible customer service, terrible management and bad policies.
Very rude staff daughter went to charge car asked to put the car on the system while it charged and was rudely told no was then asked to leave and not return to the store again the security was rude and not professional at all avoid this store at all costs I will be contacting head office and making a formal complaint and I will take it as far as I can hope the staff involved with this matter get disaplinary for there actions should not be in customer service if u don’t treat people with respect when all we did was ask politely to put a car on charge
I have no complaints about Tesco for the quality and range of products on sale. Also the staff are friendly and helpful. However, I do not find the experience of shopping in Tesco's pleasant because of the music - it is too loud and more suited to a teenage pop concert than as a background to tackling the weekly shopping chore.
Spotlessly clean Tesco, easy to walk around and well laid out. It was the first time I had visited this Tesco Superstore and I was not disappointed.nnThank you very much for a pleasant experience.
