This is 100% the most filthiest and run down supermarket I have ever visited in my life. Toilets are always unclean and smelling awful, fridge freezer isles always leaking with cones and wet floor signs with staff mopping. Lived near Skegness for five years now and occasionally visit here to see if there's been any change but no still as terrible as ever. Wouldn't touch their fridge freezer stuff with a barge pole. Tesco puts you to shame, toilets always sparkling clean and fresh and albeit occasionally their fridge freezers are down this is a rarity. Honestly I am absolutely astounded this supermarket is still open and the scores people have given it. They must have very low standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
I visited for the car wash and paid by credit card. The wash failed to start so I had to beep my horn repeatedly to attract the attention of staff. When she eventually arrived she said there was nothing she could do as I’d paid by credit card so I would have to claim it back from them myself. Super unhelpful and didn’t seem to know what she was doing. So I lost £12 as there’s no way I’m sitting on a call line for an hour, having to produce evidence etc. Avoid this car wash - there are lots of other hand car wash businesses around that are actually cheaper than Morrisons.

The cafe realy is a joke and hasn't improved at all since my last visit 2 months ago. Tables filthy and uncleared. Food took over 30 minutes for 2 breakfasts that were very over cooked and cold. Sat surrounded by tables full of used plates and cups is not nice. We left our plates on table did a full shop and they were still there when we left. We used to enjoy a trip to cafe as part of our weekly shop but now it will definitely be a place to avoid.
Great store with everything you need and this includes public toilets which I used and they were very clean. Great store, great location and good parking facilities even for the disabled. 10/10
