Attended the store at lunchtime 18/02/2025 to buy a make your own pizza. Only to be told the ONLY staff member who can make pizza was on break and the replacement staff member was NOT ALLOWED to do garlic base!!!! 45 minutes and a 15 mile round trip for something I couldn't get. DISGRACEFUL.
Nice big supermarket just out of Skegness.nHas that rarest of things; a Deli counter.nAlso has a nice big, free car park.
Big store with plenty of choice and loads of parking spaces. Nipped in here to buy some bits for picnic lunch on the pier. Their custard donuts are Gorgeous!
The cafe realy is a joke and hasn't improved at all since my last visit 2 months ago. Tables filthy and uncleared. Food took over 30 minutes for 2 breakfasts that were very over cooked and cold. Sat surrounded by tables full of used plates and cups is not nice. We left our plates on table did a full shop and they were still there when we left. We used to enjoy a trip to cafe as part of our weekly shop but now it will definitely be a place to avoid.
Bought 2 sirloin steaks in a pack thinking they looked ok. On opening 1 was fairly ok and the other was a bad cut of meat in an angular wedge. Cooked them properly and both were as tough as old boots. Today I bought a Palmier pastry with fresh cream. It was so overcooked it was hard like a biscuit. How morrisons standards have dropped
