I wish to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to Tesco Brigg for their offer today of 20% off on all freefrom produce. As a Celiac, paying £3.50 for a small gluten free loaf and £2.80 for a tiny pack of cockies becomes very demoralising. Today was like a breath of fresh air. Long may it continue.
Shout out to your amazing staff. My car wouldn't start this afternoon on leaving Tesco Brigg. Your kind staff 3 ladies came to my aid so quickly with jump leads and a battery jump start kit which got me home. Those ladies are a credit to your store, so helpful, thank you so much for helping me out. 5* customer service. As soon as I got home and turned off the engine it wouldn't restart, so garage for my car Monday. Over and above in customer care. Thank you so much from the distressed lady in the red corsa.
Went in Brigg store today. Went to the self service checkout. I couldn’t pay until my items were checked as an age related product. The checkout lady came over scanned her card never even spoke to me no reaction what’s so ever. No thank you nothing. I find this a lot in this store and I don’t like using it. Other supermarkets in the area are always very pleasant and helpful. About time you gave them training on customer service. Absolutely appalled. I avoid going in if I can as it is not the first time I have been appalled with the service.
Hi I visited the Brigg store 24th April. My intentions were to use club card plus, however at the till I had difficulties logging in and paid for the items as to not cause an already long que.nI went directly to the information desk and explained what had happened, and was told directly they can not give me 10% off as the till did not allow this? I stated I had done this previously with no issues so what has changed? I was told that they were phasing out club card plus and the till machines could not physically do this. I explained that I only renewed the club card + two weeks ago so how could it be phasing out?nBoth women on the counter were adamant they could not help.nI contact customer service on the 26th and was informed that the server should have given me a £10.00 voucher to spend in the store an it was unfortunate that I had to ring them as all queries should be resolved in the store. She went onto confirm that there is no information she had that stated they would be would be ending this club card plus, customer services followed this up by sending me a voucher for the said amount.nTo the Manager of Brigg store, can you please pick this up with your staff so they are clear on what to do if this happens again.nI have shopped with Tescos for the passed 20 years and have never come across staff that unwilling to try or even speak to their manager re customer concerns.nI would appreciate a reply to state this has been addressed.
