Staff on the self service always seem to be too busy chatting away while I'm stood waiting for a mandatory ID check on some purchasesnnHappens way too often, I'd understand if you're busy however if I have to walk past two employees talking about their next holiday or what their sisters been up to. Please have the courtesy to pay attention when my till requires assistance
Very good store stocked well
I do most of my food shoppings here, got a clubcard and loads of disvounts. Besides, collecting the points gives you vouchers from time to time. Apart from this you have every month a set of vouchers sent over worth 10-20£.
Showing they had 8 packs of pepsi strawberry and cream in store but there was NONE very disappointed
Humiliated for the 3rd time in a year by the staff here. My jeans had split up the backside badly and could be clearly seen. After buying I was approached by a member of staff re the tag, I gave her the jeans so she could remove said tag and she demanded my receipt despite just watching me buy the jeans. I gave her it and she started banging on about a tesco club card. After stating twice that my jeans were split and could she just take the tag off because I felt rather humiliated she took the jeans and huffily removed the tag. I took the jeans off her and started to leave, as I was passing she gave me a filthy look and I said loudly that it be complaining. I visited the customer service desk and again loudly told them what occurred, the lady on the desk wouldn't acknowledge me or even look at me at which point I angrily walked out.nWould you have left a woman standing there with a massive split in her trousers while you waffle on about a club card? No, you would have got the tag off and even I suggest offered her a place to change.nOnce again a blatantly misandric attitude towards customers for the 3rd time in a comparatively short time frame.nI was left feeling humiliated. I will be taking this further. All 3 times have been blatant and obvious disregard for the customer. Again were I female this would not have happened this way. Tesco Old Swan you make me sick.
