The store is huge, and it has everything you could want. The layout of the store is well-organized, making it easy to find what you need. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. One thing to note is that there's plenty of car parking available, which is a huge plus. However, I have noticed that the ATM machines are not always reliable, with only one working most of the time. Moreover, the working ATM machine only dispenses notes larger than £5 or £10, which can be inconvenient if you need smaller denominations. Despite the issue with the ATM machines, Tesco Superstore has a lot of great things to offer. The birthday cakes, for instance, are particularly delicious. If you're looking for a one-stop-shop for all your needs, this is definitely the place to go.
I went into the pharmacy to ask advice on a rather nasty painful swollen elbow. The pharmacist helped me and instantly recognised what he though it could be. He prescribed me some antibiotics which started to work straight away. An infected bursa of some kind. Anyway, I think his name was Chris. He was very professional, helpful, curteous and well spoken. Definitely recommend to go there if you need advice and don't want to go to A&E and can't get a doctors appointment
The store itself was up to Tesco usual standards, the staff were helpful and friendly….. except for the rudeness of the person on customer services who was rude, spoke down to me and quite clearly didn’t understand the title “customer service”!

Yet another attempt at a coffee and conversation spoilt by ridiculous multi automatic and loud tannoy announcements to attend to a caller at the back door..pathetic
The supermarket itself has plenty of choice. However, during the week, Mon-Sat Customer Services closes at 8.00pm which is a nuisance.
Tescos superstore , is your one stop shop for anything you need , food ,clothes etc, it even has a onsite pharmacy which is great . Two cash machines available outside , there’s plenty of disabled car parking facilities & Parent & Child . The staff are always very helpful and friendly.
Feel so sick just gone to eat some Tesco Organic Hummus to see black fur all over just before eating. What’s annoyed me is reporting it over the phone and only being offered a £2 refund I could have been really sick. Tryed reporting it on line but given up after an hour. So sorry Tesco poor results and customer services.
Asked a staff member about the toddler and baby event, acted like she was disgusted with the question and kept saying “what’s thaaaaat” “whaaaat” “baby event” “what”. Maybe train your staff better and if they don’t know then maybe they should say I’ll go ask instead making the customer feel silly. Ridiculous!!
