We needed an Emergency Supply for my daughter's tablets.Geraint was extremely kind, really went the extra mile and helped us,even though he should have been on lunch break. I feel very strongly that this Pharmacist deserves recognition. So kind, generous and helpful. The staff were also very helpful! Thanks all of you.
An absoloute joke , obviously over worked and hugely under staffed . I wouldn't recommend using here for prescriptions . Constant que constant hours of delay , pharmacist not available to hand out prescriptions .... Just excuse after excuse . Edit# 4th day today of waiting for the prescription and they've lost it! I'm now without meds for my heart condition until the doctors reopens Monday , good job Tesco good job
Lovely people, thoroughly over-worked during lockdown as you’d expect but you can see they try hard for people. However massive queues/waiting times make it hard to endure. But for me it’s the fact I need my meds, and they don’t answer the phone!!!
Rang out of hours doctors lastnight who informed me they cant fax tesco holyhead my prescription as the fax in tesci pharmacy is broken its ridiculously bad as this fax has been "broke" since last summer and they still not fixed it come on tesco sort it out people who dont have Transport need to be able to get there medications from you if out of hours prescribes them
Spent 48hrs calling. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. Then turned up for a wasted journey
Brilliant service despite the amount of pressure they are constantly under.
They don't answer the phone!!
Lovely helpful staff. They helped me with my HRT prescription whilst on holiday when my local pharmacy weren't able to fulfil the order before I left. They also spotted some anomalies on the dosage of one set of medication. I can't thank them enough.
