Thank you Kerry and the physician for being patient and understanding, and quickly solving the problem of supply and quantity, while dealing with with a Friday evening queue.

Huge queue and painfully slow service. Basic items always out of stock, such as hydrocortisone cream. It would be acceptable if it was an occasional thing but the last three attempts I have made to obtain some have resulted in the same response of “Sorry, we are waiting on a delivery.”nStaff are helpful and friendly, no problems there, but the general running of the pharmacy falls short.

We needed an Emergency Supply for my daughter's tablets.Geraint was extremely kind, really went the extra mile and helped us,even though he should have been on lunch break.nI feel very strongly that this Pharmacist deserves recognition. So kind, generous and helpful. The staff were also very helpful! Thanks all of you.

Lovely helpful staff. They helped me with my HRT prescription whilst on holiday when my local pharmacy weren't able to fulfil the order before I left. They also spotted some anomalies on the dosage of one set of medication. I can't thank them enough.
