This place would be adequate for a small village like Llanrwst, except most of the store, *including the Pharmacy* is beyond a barrier of *STEPS*. NO RAMP. NO STEP-FREE ACCESS. I am a wheelchair user and cannot access the most important part I require, which is the pharmacy. Nor can I see other store products that are up there. There are plenty of others with mobility problems that disallow them to get up those steps and no way for them to get back there. The 2 stars given are *SOLELY* for the *lovely, amazing, and helpful staff*, who have to work around this disabling monstrosity. They will tirelessly work with you to fetch you what you need, let you look at the products, come to talk about medication, etc. HOWEVER, that should not have to happen. It takes away the independence you strive so hard to maintain. Gives the staff far too much more to do. Takes time away from other users. Why they bothered installing automatic doors with push buttons for disabled customers, then took it no further is beyond me. What is the point of us going in, if we cannot use or access 3/4 of the store...?
Lovely new girl in there was very kind and helpful
Every week I get my dosset box from here. The staff are always kind and friendly. The shop is always clean and tidy. It is a smaller boots outlet bug they stock the essentials and order in anything they don't have.
Typical Boots Chemist really although all the staff are very friendly and efficient and always greet you with a smile. The pharmacist is also always happy to have a chat if you have any questions about the medications you are taking.
I give a five star rating without hesitation - the staff and pharmacist's are curtius friendly and well mannered always ready to help - what a lovely bunch they are it is a pleasant experience whenever I visit - what makes it more remarkable is the shear volume of prescription they handle daily but still they manage a smile - well done all of you. Cannot recommend the pharmist enough at this branch .Was so helpful while we were away on holiday .
Band from the premises due to staff trying to set an adultery on me and I kicked off with them
