Not a very convenient place to get your medication... often asked to wait while they prepare medication and the script was sent yesterday. A lot of chitter chatter in the back rather than preparing orders in my opinion. If I have to wait 20 mins when I arrive to collect your  not preparing fast enough in my opinion.

Called yesterday 3 times call was cut off.  Went to pharmacy almost weekly to check if the item arrived was told not on yet . Went in  yesterday to pharmacy to collect item that was prescribed in June  only to be told it’s a manufacturing issue . These are professional people and this is the attitude they have towards clients . I asked the assistant why did they not tell me this all these months . This was an urgent item . I have been suffering and developed complications because of the non arrival of the item . Pathetic service .

Lost count of the number of times I have rushed up to our only late opening pharmacy only to find them shut. Very disappointing given there is nowhere else to go after 5:30 in Abingdon

Never open even when their website says they are. Frequently closes without warning. Choose a local pharmacy that cares.

Today is the third time in the last six months I've needed to use this after 5pm and the third time it's been closed! It's never open! If you're short staffed, stop advertising you're open till 8pm when you continually close at 3pm!

Tesco's website says the pharmacy is open until 8pm, but when I got there I found out it had shut at 5pm. Cheers for the wasted journey!!!

2 years on, prescription sent from my GP, i wait 3 days, go to collect and told it will be 20 mins, i said i will come back the following day which i did, one person being served, when its my turn im told they are shut, its 4-45 and closing is 8pm, im told they are shutting early today 4-30 Go back 2 days later, first in the queue and told my prescription will be 10 mins F U Tescos

I have rang 3 times today and keep getting hung up on! Bad customer service!

I’m shielding because of Covid-19, I received a txt from this pharmacy to tell me my medication is ready... I haven’t ordered any and I've tried all day to ring them , no answer , just keep getting cut off! Seems I’m going to have to go there cue for at least half an hour outside... cue for god knows how long at the pharmacy ... I get that their busy and I really appreciate that but honestly ...!!!

Tried to ring over and over for 4 days as someone else is collecting my medication but get cut off after a few seconds. i wanted to check whether my medication was there Queued for ages only to be told some of my order wasent in stock Waste of a journey and time, Just answer the phone and bring the queues down!!!
