Excellent service, knowledge and advice. I was prescribed medication by my GP only to discover no stock in local and major pharmacies. Was referred to Apollo pharmacy by a friend and thankfully they had stock and able to offer a delivery service. The polite gentleman on the phone was very helpful and assured me that I would receive my perception on the same day to which they delivered on their promise.
Quite simply the best Pharmacy we've ever used. Three of our family have regular prescriptions and the staff are always polite and helpful. Keep up the fantastic work!
UPDATED: The store owner claims this didn't happen, I can assure you it did & have the receipt for proof, I very much doubt they have actually checked the CCTV or spoken to staff, just more dishonesty from this place. Check your receipts because this pharmacy is trying to steal money from customers The staff tried to pull a bait and switch scam on me, they made up some story about how they 'forgot to update the labels' and the medication I wanted was actually much more expensive than the several price labels around the shop stated. Took a fair bit of arguing to get the correct price and they were not happy at all that I questioned it, maybe the staff are pocketing the extra money? I can't confirm this bit though. Please accompany any elderly or vulnerable friends who use this pharmacy just in case they try this scam again.
ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE.... Their website and door say they open at 8:30am, Monday morning I got there at 8:20 and waited until 9am before anyone arrived. The lady didn't really care that she was 30mins late, no sincere apology or explanation! I am a big fan of supporting local businesses but this is the last time I'll be using Apollo pharmacy due to poor customer service. I bet they aren't late going for their 13:15 to 14:15 lunch... AVIOD IF YOU CAN.
I highly recommend this pharmacy. The staff are very friendly. Especially the owner. I am a carer, and have all clients medication from them. The owner will go out of his way to help. Either with questions or repeat prescription.. I will always use this. Ase I feel that have a great client customer relationship .
These guys are INCREDIBLE! The most organized pharmacy ever that keep me organized with my medicine. Thank you thank you thank you for looking after me so well!
So badly organised. They regularly miss deliveries and do not contact the patient. There is no sense of urgency, no apology and very little customer service. Quite often their telephone handlers are rude, and almost unintelligible. Would not recommend, exercise caution with their delivery. Go somewhere else.
Can't praise Appollo enough for the excellent service they provide. My husband has recently come home after ten months in hospital and there have been quite a few problems with his medication. The staff are lovely and have sorted everything out for me, which has helped me enormously at a very stressful time. Would highly recommend Appollo to anyone needing good customer service.
Excellent service and no queue!
Always very helpful, polite & friendly, will always go out of their way to help. Would never use another pharmacy, so good, i've now changed to get my mother in laws prescriptions sent there.
