Yet again we have been deeply let down by the in store pharmacy in Tesco Stowmarket. I think a report to the pharmaceutical council is needed.
Tried to ring ten times, no one answered. Mistake on prescription where tablets were missed when they were ordered.
Very important people work here, with whom it is no jokes.
Tried to call them 13 times today as I am away from home and need them to release my medication so I can collect from another Tesco, they hang up the phone. Extremely annoying and unprofessional. They are find if you go in person but clearly don’t want to deal with people or requests over phone.
I'm sorry the other people have had bad experiences. But they've never let me down. One woman could have been happier but we all have bad days.
Saturday 19th March. Sign said closed 12 til 1pm. Went back at 1pm,sign said closed til 1.30pm . They phoned the pharmacist to see what time she'd be back and she said 1.30pm. Went back at 1.30pm and sign now says closed til 1.45pm....
Rang them 36 times today to find out why my prescription is not ready and no answer. Shame I can't rate them 0. One star is one too many.
If i could give no star i would never have prescription ready on time and never have what you have been sent though from the doctors. So annoying.
Always a long wait ,but staff are frendly and willing to help
NEVER EVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE, VERY RARELY FIND MY MEDICATION PRESCRIPTIONS
