I was referred by NHS direct for an emergency prescription. The staff in store were truly compassionate, reassuring, genuine and nothing was too much trouble during the process. A real asset to the community.
Was told to come down and have a flu jab straight away which I did having taken a seat was then asked whether I was NHS or Private when told it was private was then told they ain’t doing private at the moment,when I enquired why I was told to come down straight away and not told this on the phone they couldn’t tell me why,what gets me really annoyed was it was a 30 mile round trip for me all for nothing .all I can say is they .are idiots the lot of them
