The petrol station is closed late at night & weekends with no obvious sign indicating open or closed? Even with an automated card payments at the pump its only open when manned at the kiosk??? Hard to navigate the entrance from the main road when it's busy. Often pumps are broken or out of commission but they dont tend to realize for some time. Over all great when all is working Well, but no care and attention for when it goes wrong.

I have never met ruder staff in my entire life. I am offended by how useless they are. Literally zero customer service skills. They treat you like garbage with abrupt answers. You can tell they don't want to be there. I will never come here again, the Morrisons gas station across the street is a trillion times better. Trust me.
