Went here tonight after a meal at the Red Deer, after waiting for a member of staff to press a button for over 5 minutes, there was no sign of a cashier, nobody behind the counter. A man was doing something to the coffee machine, he saw me waiting, went out the back, re appeared and carried on with the coffee machine, so after waiting for 5 minutes I gave up and went to Shell around the corner. No idea where the staff had gone. A couple of other cars were waiting as well, no idea how they got on, I didn't stay to find out when the staff members were going to grace us with their presence, I gave up and went elsewhere.
Not too busy when I filled up yesterday, price usually lower than the nearest standard petrol stations by about 4p a litre

I go to this petrol station regularly. It's like a home away from home. Once I drove off and a cashier ran out, waving her arms to tell me that my petrol cap had fallen off the top of my car roof as I'd failed to put it back in. That's service...
My card decided to not work for some reason one day after filling up with £10. Despite them knowing me from 4 yes of filling up there, I was made to feel like a criminal. I was informed I couldn't leave to get the cash from home and that the police would be called if I didn't pay within 24 hrs. All this in front of customers. I even offered to leave my samsung galaxy 8 whilst I nipped home to grab my other card. Dispite it being a £500 phone they still didn't accept. Eventually my wife came down to the garage with the card to sort it out, the staff still insisted I gave my details. I ended up telling them to do one. Spoke to the store manager who knew I'd been filling up from there for years and was furious at what had happend and found that the correct protocol hadn't been followed and reprimanded the staff and offered a free £20 gift card as a gesture of apology. Unfortunatly I still won't be filling up there now.
