So you pay £27 for a nights parking. But then you go onto the showers. There are 3, cubicle 1&2 were busy so I looked into cubicle 3. The floor was filthy and soaking wet with no mops or any way of cleaning / drying. Then I saw that there was only ONE bloody hook! How the hell can you hang up clean dry clothing, towels and wash gear on 1 hook? (Before you all shout "hook it over the door" ....I only have 1 leg so all showering dressing etc is done on a small stall I carry with me.) There is a serious lack of planning in these showers. You need hooks, grab rails, and somewhere to put your soap etc would be nice. Also leave a mop and bucket in there, you'd be surprised how many will clean up after themselves. Seriously not impressed. No one came to serve me at Ali's, I waited then popped next door to 'Chow Asian Kitchen where I had a lovely meal. (That is the best thing about the place).

Brilliant customer service provided by all staff over the last 48 hrs when we drivers descended overnight due to road closures. Kindly allowed people in with their dogs. Really appreciated. Thank you so much

I agree with others, it is now like going through a maze to get to the toilet. And as for the new low flush lid I had great difficulty lifting the contraption! Totally unhygenic. Whose stupid invention were they? It would have been a much better idea to spend the money on hands free flush.

Just filled up with LPG for the first time and a bit clueless. Excellent help from forecourt staff offered without me asking, even located correct filling point for me and then supervised me filling so I can do it myself next time. A1 service.

Recently refurbished now multiple opportunity to purchase take away of all varieties. Toilets and facilities are well kept and the place is generally welcoming and clean. It’s now a large Service area with lots more seating plus the usual newsagents and books etc. Overnight parking for anyone including HGVs, in a separate area. Great place to stop if need a break
