Got told today the goods I came to get, I can wait until he finish the job he was doing before Ihe going to get item I ask for.....Manager who was good to tell me it talk 2mins to go out back then got back to gossip. Well worth missing my bus for the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERRRRR

Whilst I enjoy shopping in this store, variety of goods, ease of parking and helpful staff, on my last two visits I have been so cold in the store. I actually witnessed people putting coats on to go in store. Why does the store need to be so cold? Even the staff were commenting on how cold the store at Mereway was! Somewhat off  putting when one is spending time and money in store and cannot wait to leave the store!
