As others have stated here, I visited last night to fill up at around 9:30pm. I was told they were CLOSED until 10pm, with the reason being because of the shift change at 10pm.nnReally not good to advertise being open 24 hours when you're actually not, luckily I had time to wait but many others came in and left immediately!
Every time I use this garage, especially at night when it is the only shop in the area open, I either get the incorrect items and grimace and put up with it I know what is stocked and on offer or a few year ago the Asian man used to ask for my number....that was extremely cringey. There was a guy that overcharged for my cigarettes and disappeared after but the same night I had asked about cashback and apparently BP doesn't do that. Fine but I'd just attempted to use the machine at the side of the building, atm obviously, and he said that he can't report my money not coming out the machine. This was an Eastern European guy who seems to not be there now but I have a nasty suspicion that the machine was rigged *coincidentally* right. Want good service? Go to westbridge garage down the road....
Went to fill only to say its closed untill 10 even though there was a vehicle filling up at the side off me. Wouldn't even explain why and opening times say 24 hours and not 00:00 til 21:00 and 22.00 untill 00:00 very unprofessional
As I was Waited here to fill up gentleman said its closed untill 10pm reason is he was swapping day shift to night and the joke is the night shift hasn't even arrive yet, then after waiting 20 minutes there manager came and said its going to be closed for another 10 minutes as she send the man to tidy up. So much loss of business also no apologies whatsoever. Very disappointing to see such people running a place like this
Rude and dismissive staff who accused me of lying when I pointed out an issue with a slow filling and incorrect pump. Manager also very rude and patronising.
