I hope this message is passed on to the member of staff at Tesco west Malling who was looking after shoppers in the self service checkout without his support & kind help I would have struggled im of a certain age & he helped me choose the right checkout that gave me time he was so very helpful to make it easier for me to complete my shopping on the 27/04/2024 he said that’s what we are here for a very special member of staff
Only used the store to buy a bottle Bailes which was on club card offer £13. The store is right on the high street and has a car park to the rear.
This Tescos is the best I've been to with a range of parking spots all over the high street including disability parking and free parking behind the store on Sundays. It sells the necessities as a good shop would and on the occasion deals out seasonal gifts and item. It full engages with the Primary school down the road and I've never had trouble with it! All staff are lovely and I've never had problems with customers there.
Thursday 02/02/23 17.50hrs Tesco have decided to take all till attendants off and force everyone to use the self service tills.nI shop at this store 5/6 times a week. I will not be forced into using a self service till that continuously tells you there is a problem and to wait assistance.nThese things don't work properly and are a pain to use.nGood job Mr Tesco store manager. I was one of many complaining. You just lost me.nPS You're bloody expensive as well!
I just wanted to say a massive thankyou to the wonderful manager of the tescos in west malling! I am a paediatric nurse and was struggling to find any hand gel for my nurses to use to keep them and the children safe. He gave me a large supply of hand gel from his stock for his staff free of charge. This is greatly appreciated and already on its way to the nurses who desperately need it. Thankyou!!
