Whilst this is an "extra" It is lacking in many  products. Whether it's due to the spending habits of the local environs I don't know but I have to drive out to Brent Cross or Finchley Tesco for many things not stocked at this branch, hence my 3 stars. Otherwise it's the usual good service from Tesco.

Bad! WATCH OUT 4 DODGY PEOPLE AND TILL PERSON. I was charged money for something I didn't buy! A DODGY looking old bearded Asian man with glasses was in front buying and the till man Srilankan (Alfonso is his name I think) were both looking funny. Beard man had butter or something on the conveyor belt . I always keep my shopping separate and far with that line thing but I've just seen I think I've charged for something I didn't buy Wth?! I've never bought butter from Tesco. I only buy vegetables, snacks and other things. I bought 9 items but receipt is showing 10 items. I noticed Srilankan do something on the back screen but I wasn't sure wat was going on. I try ring up Tesco because I realised later that this place is dodgy. I can't understand why people think it's ok to do this etc. I'm Not happy. Dodgy. Coz the receipt says "S/bread fing " and I don't know wth . My mum was with me and wondered why they look shifty and the price was high . Such a dodgy staff member. Not fair! Will avoid this as much as possible and wont use a till person from here ever. Normally use i self-service. I can't be bothered with complaining etc.. Lowlife people where ever you go! Be careful.

Poor service I almost left the building but I m sure I never go there again.One of the worker closed the till in front of me.I was the next actually I was waiting in there minutes before she did.I used to work as a cashier I never did like this.I always served the last person who was there and I waited until they stepped closer to till to closed it.It is rude and far from the professional service.I went to the next cashier and he didnt say hi or good afternoon or something and he didnt even say bye,thank you.He talked to people who was behind us.Why Tesco employ this kind of people?I wanted give 0 but there is no option.

There is not carrying food with wheels and the self-service muchine never works fine.

while it is good to buy groceries here, they sometimes have wrong pricing display. It happens to me at least thrice when discounted prices were displayed but it would shoot up on till and you have to go back to in-house customer care for refund.
