I went through self scan tried cash back but no was told customer service so I Quedgeley behind a group of people returning goods which took over 20 mins dueto till not working tried to get cash back with a small purchase to be told the new tills do not allow it and referred me to the CP in the car park which was out of service. I am a full time carer who had to leave my wife alone for the waste of time I spent, not happy
Just a great supermarket with a cafe and great staff.nPlenty of parking.nI just wish that the second floor could be bigger and improved, and the bakery could bake more bread because there is never enough. The sourdoughs are constantly sold out!
Appalling delivery service. My delivery was due on Tuesday 8pm - 9pm. Received an email to say there was a delay but delivery would still take place. I waited up until 11.30 but no delivery. Wednesday on the app it stated that my delivery would be 8-9 pm that night so although it wasnot ideal I let it go due to the time of year. By 9.24 pm my delivery had still not arrived. I phoned the customer services and they have had to refund my money as he said they hadnt even sent a delivery out! BUT....it may take 5 days to get my money back and in the meantime I have got to go out to get my shopping that they havent delivered! So not only have I wasted 2 days I now have to waste more time and use MORE money to get my shopping. PEOPLE DONOT USE TESCO WALSALL FOR DELIVERY. Unless you like being messed about and have plenty of money to throw around.
The store is great but the cafe is unbelievable.I pay to eat fresh food but the sausages are left overs they are burnt and not fresh , the hash browns are deep fried and not put in the oven because they are so greasy , the cakes are so dry hard when you eat them , seriously it’s just got worse.I have been coming here for years just to have my breakfast and lunch because it’s nearer to work but it’s gone down and it’s a shame.
This is the biggest Tesco in @Walsall and most of the items you will get here are #Tesco.nCare park is also there but you have to pay after 1 hour before that it free and don’t lose you Tesco bill after bought items because it needs on the car park to take your car out.
