"Tesco offer a wide range of groceries and household goods. Stores are open 7 days a week and friendly staff are always happy to help. Don’t forget, you can earn Clubcard points when you shop with us."
This is one of the better stocked Tesco I have been. Tesco also have managed to keep the cost of food to a reasonable level. There is a wide range of food, home, snacks and others. Service staff is friendly. There is plenty of car park lots.
Went to buy diesel but found to my horror that the pumps were not available, nothing to say why, just cordoned off, tesco please put a notice out so that the public don't waste their time, don't you realise the shel garage top end of the town ar taking your profits. You are seriously losing out by closing your pumps, I am gutted a long time customer
Great store. However, the assistant on the self service till was very rude to us and the customer next to us. This was around 20:40 on the 22/12. Happy to provide more feedback, if required.
Lovely store and well stock, just a shame the large female member of staff serving on the tills though it was appropriate to be rude about my wife and I in her native tongue. Can i suggest that if you wish to carry on like that check with the customer first dydyn nhw ddim yn siarad cymraeg!!!!
Absolutely saved my night… that was the only shop open at 10pm in this area.. to get my toothbrush and toothpaste n sandal for bathroom…
Big tesco and nice staff Very unorganized inside with lots of barriers around the aisles and weird and confusing queuing system!
Good basic range, but limited compared to Bangor superstore
Good selection of products. Get there early for fresh food during busy times as they sell out before the afternoon.
Tesco Porthmadog is quite possibly the worst Tesco store I have visited, and I've visited a few! Both times we visited while on holiday, the store was woefully understocked and they had run out of numerous things. The tills were chaotic and staff struggling to keep up with the pace. The petrol station was also an absolute nightmare. Pumps empty but not marked as such. Pay machine not working. Badly designed forecourt causing unnecessary queues! I've been to better Tescos, that's for sure,
We visited this store whilst on holiday in the area so it is not our usual shopping destination and we weren't buying a full assortment of groceries. I'm a coeliac and they had a decent selection of ambient and frozen gluten free produce. I didn't see a chilled gluten free section though. We used self checkout which was easy to use. They verified our alcohol purchases without even coming over... Guess I need to start using moisturiser
