There was a man at Tescos walking around with a wheelchair scanning my carrier bag which took away my independence I felt useless. He treated me as though I am a criminal. He refused to tell me his name but was walking around with a bag trolley hiding the carrier bags and also he wears glasses. I am appalled and have never experienced such behaviour in any supermarkets before. Women have only got rights in the world recently and I feel like individuals like this are stripping it away from us! Completely outraged!

I have just received a parking fine for £40 from Horizon. I was only in the car park for an hour and 45 minutes. Shame on you Tesco! So much for valuing your customers

This watermelon looks like it has been rotten and your staff does not refund the money for me.  I am very displeased with this.

HORRIBLE WOMAN WORKING ON SATURDAY 20TH AT 11:30/45pm. Her name was Rach i believe? Was at the self service checkouts and she was blatantly slagging off customers with young children because they were running around while their parents scanned their items. Such bad attitude and manners. A old woman needed help and she couldn’t speak english too well, she was HORRIBLE to her, i was appalled by her attitude. What a sad disgusting woman, she was projecting pure attitude towards EVERYONE. She needs to take a course on customer service skills and learn basic manners.

Very good store to buy groceries and go shopping with family the food and products are all in good quality and staff very nice and good prices

Zoe at the Self check out was absolutely amazing, she helped with a a few queries. Smiling and chatting away. Nothing was too much  bother for her. I forgot an item and she quickly went and got it for me without any hesitation. I felt I was a valued customer with the service she provided. Thank you very much Zoe for all your help.

I had an incredibly unpleasant experience at this particular store. The staff there were not only rude but also extremely unpleasant. During our shopping trip, we purchased items worth approximately £80, and my children were excitedly holding onto a Kinder Egg. Unfortunately, my youngest, who is only 2 years old, accidentally opened the package. In that moment, a staff member swiftly approached me and insinuated that I had no intention of paying for the opened product. It felt as if they were calling us thieves. I immediately voiced my concerns to the manager, but I am determined to take this matter further by lodging a complaint with the head office, ensuring that appropriate action is taken against this staff member. Needless to say, I will never set foot in this store again. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and disheartened.

Brilliant service Helpful staff… Tesco mobile shop Canal road Bradford brilliant service as always. Helped by Tosh who has helped me before, took the time to update my phone and always patient and helpful. Will not go anywhere else now. Highly recommend.  Date of experience: 21 August 2023

Absolutley rude staff on customer service - brought back a top which I didnt have a receipt for however I was told on a previous trip that if I brought my club card they could have a look at this for me and maybe let me have an exchange if in date of returning which I was happy with. Came back today around. 11.20am explained this to the staff and was basically pushed to one side and told to wait for another member of staff to arrive again explained the situation and then was told yes just do it... do what????! The lady said just do it as I would only get over ridden by higher member of staff anyway. I could only presume she meant exchange.  I was that annoyed how they spoke to me that I picked my bag back up and walked out.  We normally spend around £200 per week on food shopping but they have just lost this customer. I would suggest sending these two ladies on a customer service course.. several of them!!!!
