Poor poor customer service. Last 2 times the chicken has been off. 1st time I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but this time I went in for a refund and the flat out refused a refund. I let them keep their old chicken and my money, must be very important to them that £4. I have been going here for the last 7 years. But now will not be returning. I'll go to Al Halal instead.
My goodness real shame this place is stinks. 2 kebab 2 slice of pizza charge me 13 pounds unfortunately all went bin no flavour at all raw meat inside kebab pizza is like raw too.. How on earth this people do food business like this.. Shame Bradford people has money to throw in the bin.. Unfortunately we had work hard to make money and place like this rip you off... Shame
So expensive.. not really good food. There are more very good qulity fast food and produce around if you search. Won't go back again.
Have always enjoyed going to Pakeezah as far as I can remember. I recently went to get some biscuits so kept an eye on the best they had. Anyways found what I needed and took them to the tills. I hadn't realised they condition of the biscuits but before I could pay for them, the lady at the counter told me that she wouldn't want me to buy them as they had quite a lot of biscuits. She then proceeded to put them to one side and went back to get me some biscuits that were not broken. Very polite staff I must add and very good customer service. Well done.
I've been going here for years and when I come Bradford, its my go to place for meat, groceries and food. Went to have a bite to eat yesterday & like always, we enjoyed the food. Only negative if anything, is it needs a refurbishment and nicer area to sit and eat.
Good honest service with fair prices. Hot food is made fresh here before your eyes and that fresh food is frozen. I've seen the guys bag kebabs for freezing whilst I've been shopping. Reassuring to see. I would really love to see more care in the presentation of the store. For instance the chocolates are in a fridge for drinks. Don't get me wrong it's clean and tidy and to me that is charming in itself. I'm just saying that it could be better.
It's an Asian supermarket that sells all your needs to cook Asian food from herbs to a butcher and also has a cooked food display where there are alot of curries to choose from and all sorts of sundries to go with them. Eat in or takeaway. Personally i chose a chicken balti with garlic naan and meat somaso, very nice indeed but boy did i suffer from indigestion!
First time visit. We loved it. Especially the Curry Corner
Expired Meat refused to resolve the problem or give refund. Just been to Store to buy some cooked chicken and meat slices. After coming back to homr realised that meat slices are expired. I call them and asked them what they can do, they respond that they are closing now so I will need to come tomorrow. I have flight in morning and can't go in morning thats what i explained to a lady over the phone. I asked her that i can send you photos on WhatsApp so when i will come back in 2 weeks time i will collect the £3.87. A lady said there is nothing they can do and disconnected the call on face. I hope once they read my review they can donate this amount to any donation box.
