If i could give minus i would. Went in to shop at 11:15 and was told to leave at the entrance by people not in uniform. My friend suffers with bladder issues so needed to use the toilet, bare in mind their opening hours are until 12, hence why we stopped here. We continued to go in and got sworn and shouted at by a particular member of staff! Deeply, deeply disappointed as my younger friend, 15 was present.
A really good supermarket with excellent fruit & veg. Most importantly you can always get a decent avocado! Clean, well stocked and friendly staff :
Shop itself is good, but parking needs to be improved. Constant works in an already small parking area can leave the place stuffed during peak times.
Good choice of products and it has a Greggs inside, so you could have a relax after your shop
Good sized supermarket with wide variety of items, very impressive open plan layout with plenty of staff on hand to help. Items always well stocked and has a modern feel to the place. Parking is never an issue with plenty of spaces available. Really impressed at the range of non-food items in store, having never been let down by the store, I would recommend it to all. The store itself is light and spacious and has Scan as You Shop on hand to beat the queues.
Shelves well stocked and I found everything I wanted. However only 2 tills open and a sizeable queue at each. Used the self service till, but if I had wanted to work for Tesco I would have applied for a job. Very poor customer service.
I use both Fratton and Havant frequently. No particular preferences as to other tasks to carry out in both localities.
Went shopping yesterday had about £100 worth of shopping and didn’t have my cards with me o my cash. Went to checkout and was card only went to another card only. Self service card only. Only two checkout s that took cash. So had to queue along time felt like leaving my shopping and going to marks and spencer across the road. Won’t be going back to Havant.
2155hrs with full trolley, no check person on or available..Ask for manager confirmed no check out person available...store closes 2359hrs...P, Poor Management and service. Left the store empty handed..
Great big store with everything inside, staff are very friendly and helpful only popped in for a small shop as it was a mid week shop. But...... If your into seeing some cool cars or campers then I'd recommend going on a Wednesday they have a car club called LLP and they go there when the weather's not too nice. They are a very happy bunch and they don't cause any problems.
