I use this particular store often, sometimes more than once a day, I am more likely to find the things I need & sometimes even things I didn't know I needed , the store is clean with plenty of space for me to dance around the ditherer's, or even become one, the toilets are not always "convenient" i had to drip dry, because as usual no-one can replace the toilet roll!! & only one tap sort of works & the vents need sucking off, Staff however don't suck, myself and my partner often chat & laugh with staff. It's nice to be noticed.
This is one of the busiest Tesco Extra I've ever been to. The store is located close to the bus station and shopping centre. There's Tesco fuel station close by, the store has ATM for customers who want to withdraw cash, the car parking area is right in front of the store and it's spacious. It also house other businesses like the opticians, cafe, pharmacy and dry cleaners. The aisles are neatly arranged and kept clean, tidy and free of any obstruction. The staff are helpful, courteous and friendly. Working or shopping in this store is a pleasure!
Wanted to give feedback but can no longer provide via the link but didn't want to miss the opportunity. Excellent Customer Service from Lisa W 10 /10. She went out of her way to ensure that my money off voucher could be used when I forgot at to show it at checkout. She had the patience of a saint and never showed any irritation. She's a credit to Middleton Tesco Extra.
My husband and I stopped off for a coffee and food on Wednesday 13th march 2024. The staff were rude, unhelpful and 1 particularl member short salt & pepper hair had filthy hands, actually picked her lips then went to make my coffee. When I asked her to wash her hands first, she was very rude. We couldn't find a clean table, when I asked if someone could clean one for us, I was ignored. We will not be going again, zero customer service, disgusting
Excellent breakfast , hot & quality & good price , clean & bright. Staff polite & serve you in turn with smiles & politeness. Better than the spoons for brekkie.
Lots of parking, bit tricky to work out which road to take off the roundabout. Nice clean, bright store with good staff especially in the cafe which is upstairs at the back of the store. Little Timpson outside store in car park is very efficient.
No disabled parking spaces because of able bodied people with no disabled badge stealing places...shame on you! But Tesco don't check and don't care. Its like an assault course getting round the dozens of staff with huge cages of goods filling up at a stupid time/time. Busy Saturday morning... Tesco too mean to get filling up done overnight. In spite of this, basic goods like paracetemol and sugar missing from the shelves. Come on Asda... take over from the worst Tesco in the country!

Good store all round - helpful staff and amazing range of stock.
Small for an Extra store but good selection and most staff are friendly, if they acknowledge you and aren't talking to other staff about holidays etc!..I think they forget they are working!
