Beggars are at every entrance door. They look well groomed are not homeless. Puts you off shopping here. Most other supermarkets move beggars on but these appear every time I enter. I prefer shopping elsewhere now
Some of the staff are lovely but today I approached a worker short, blonde hair, old with glasses putting stuff out on the baby section and and asked her where an item was, she gave me the nastiest look and was extremely rude. Definitely won't be back here.
Normally i don't carry cash on me, i came to shop but couldn't get the trolley as it needs 1 pound coin or their own blue one. I spoke to a staff he said to ask upstairs, i went to security guy he said go to customer service when finally I got there i asked to a Lady if was possible borough a blue coin as I didn't have cash on me, she was rude and saying "we don't have this coins anymore" I said but is there anything you can do to get me a trolley? She said "no you need use you own coin and put trolley back and get you money back" absolutely disgusting I'll never come back to this shop! Very frustrating i came to shop but couldn't because this people don't know how to treat a customer.
I like this Tesco very much. Good parking. Efficient layout. The handheld scanners are pretty cool and help budget while you shop. They still have enough free ones knocking about, so didn’t lose a star.General tesco store open around the clock. They sell pretty much everything. grocery, snacks , fresh hallal meat, phones, clothing, magazines, aftershave, toiletries, all under one store, this particular store is very busy and some times the wait can be long.
I have been visiting this store for almost 4 years.. I have met many staff people and they speak almost politely 50 to 60% today is the second day I have been spoken to by the rudest girl. around 10:30 there was a girl and she was putting 2 packages of eggs on the shelf with the expired.. they went to herthey fall and I make her move to catch them.. and she tells me in a very nasty and loud way..LET ME LEAVE THEM BEFORE AND AFTER YOU GRAB THEM.. I felt very bad and an old woman tells me don't give help where it didn't deserve.. really it's sad for these people to talk rudely..
Arif was really a very helpful person today. My daughter liked a drawing book today, but during checkout the the system was unable to find it. It was saying something like product not found. On that point Arif came to help me out, and he searched in his phone but couldn't get any. But he didn’t lose hope as my daughter liked the drawing book very much. He run to somewhere and somehow get me the barcode to buy it. My daughter was happy and so am I. Glad to have such hospitality from Arif. Thanks
VERY GOOOOD!!! LOVELY FOOOD! SUSHI IS AMAZING!! I RATE A 5/10! BUT MY ONLY PROMBLEM IS THAT THE BED SHEEET DOESNT STAY ON PROPERLY! ONE LAY ITS ALREADY COMING OFF!! LOVE IT BUT FIX IT OUT THE TROLLEYS ARE OLD AND PPL ARE VERY EAZ TO STEAL!!!!
Tesco as Tesco . Good toilet , but dryer for hands not working properly, this need a attention, despite the security clowns employees such as BBC or you tube staff everything is going well . Once again I can't said anything else because Tesco is Tesco and everyone knows it.
This is the largest Tesco Store I've ever visited. I worked here for two weeks and it was a great experience. The store has a wide expanse of space within the aisles to accommodate multiple shoppers at once and there'll be enough room for them without bumping into each other. This is like a one stop shop where you get almost everything you need in one place. They have groceries, household items, kitchen appliances, stationery items, clothing, cafe, key cutting, fresh fruits and vegetables, toiletries, household electronics, pharmacy, health & beauty and baby items. The staff are courteous, friendly, polite and helpful. There's no doubt you get excellent customer service here. The store is neat, clean and tidy and there's great effort put in place to eliminate any infection. The customer's toilets, baby changing room and disable toilet are spacious, clean and well sanitised. There's a sensor on each WC when you want to flush the toilet, no need to touch! And an automatic hand wash dryer also in place, just put your hand under the dryer and it will automatically dispense soap, water and dryer. This store is located at the back of Salford shopping centre giving it proximity to public transport and other shopping facilities. The shop is on the first floor. You can access this via travelator, stairs and lifts. The ground floor is mainly car parking area and just outside the gate is Tesco fuel station.
