Worst petrol station in the area. The pumps are regularly out of diesel, so when you approach you can't see which ones you can use or not, then if you only have your phone to pay, you can only use three of the eight pumps, as the rest are pay at pump only or they don't have diesel.nnThe staff are sullen and rude. Loads of attitude when asking for help.nnCan't wait for the new Budgens station to open, the people of Shepton need better service. About time Tesco redeveloped that station and got better staff in there.
It's a massive superstore but sadly the fuel station side of it doesn't match the shop. The staff are great very polite and the forecourt was clean. The big thing that lets it down is that none of the pumps are 24 hrs which is a shame when you have smaller sized stores with 24 hour pumps.
I visit the petrol station regularly, but there are usually no paper towels, gloves , and usually the receipt roll at the pay@pump is empty! Even though there are signs asking you if possible to stay out of the shop , due to COVIDso you then have to wander around the forecourt looking for a pump with paper to do a reprint, this even happens when I’ve been in first thing in the morning, so no excuse for the roll running out! And fuel is always around 7p a litre more than surrounding towns!
ATTENTION!!!! THIEF!!!! THEY HOLD MY LAST MONEY£100 more than I took fuel by self service WHICH I WANT TO SPEND FOR MY VERY IMPORTANT MEDICINE. SO I HAVE HUGE PAIN WITHOUT MY DRUGS FOR FEW HOURS!!!! CRIMINAL!!!! THIEF'S!!!!
Tesco fuel is best place to go if want cheaper fuel. Shame club card points aren't worth much anymore but I like being able to pay at pump.
