After sending us an invoice after our delivery for ten years or more they suddenly sent a reminder to my wifes non existing e-mail address and charged me for late payment. On phoning to complain we were dealt with by some silly giggling girl who was more interested talking to the person next to her. We will now look elsewhere in future.
