A big thank you to Tanya who was lovely, helpful and patient when she helped me with my first scan and go today at the checkout, it's the way forward avoided long queues, used my Tesco vouchers and saved £24 on shopping, happy, thank you.nnBetter scan and go than Asda!
This store used be good but it’s awful now and, following the trend, provides extremely poor service. From rude staff making it awkward to shop, only a few staffed tills which in the main are card only to items often not in stock. Then there is the cafe which is absolutely awful and best avoided. Extremely unhelpful staff who clearly see customers as a nuisance to be ignored while they chat and play on their phones to basic poor service and the fact that you can only purchase food or drinks via a touchscreen which takes an age to use and doesn’t work. Avoid this store as there are several others extremely close by. From Asda, Morrisons, to Aldi.
Im not very technical at all,my mobile was not at its best so,I decided It was time for a change ,I called into the Widnes store this morning,ted greeted me and made it all so easy,he was very knowledgeable,helpful and made it all very simple and easy to change my mobile ,thank you ted!
Horrible customer service, her name is Sue on customer service desk , I bought pack of mix nuts , I asked her to scan my club card to get discounts, she says because you have your club card on your phone I can’t scan it , charged me full price £5 , I had other shopping’s too , I paid for them , I checked my messages from bank , I thought it can’t be right, went back join queue, I said I want to give this back , she asked me do have a receipt, I said no , you never give me any receipts and you didn’t asked me if I wanted a receipt or not , long story short , I had to stay there for about half an hour to get my money back and return pack of nuts back, I told her i bought this pack of nuts from you just less then 30 seconds ago and straight away went back to the queue to give it back , horrible attitude, I hope her manager ask few questions about this incident
