She is truly one of a kind—professional, kind, and always caring toward customers and her team. You can see that she truly loves her job, and it shows in the positive energy across the whole store.nnI’ve been using this Morrisons in Widnes Green Oaks Way for 1 year and 9 months, and I can honestly say I feel very, very comfortable every time I visit. The staff are always polite and helpful, and even the security man is respectful and friendly.nnThe store is always clean, well-stocked, and organized. Everything runs smoothly thanks to Ms. Sofia’s leadership. She treats her team and customers with respect, and it makes a big difference in the atmosphere.nnTo Morrisons Head Office: please recognise the amazing work being done here. Ms. Sofia and her team are a perfect example of customer care and strong management. One of the best morrisions around the northwest, has a bit of everything you need, although personally I only come out with random bits and my hubby chicken from the delivery counter. Couldn't do a full shop here.. it's a bit like Tesco, to get the cheaper products you need to download the app.
I am just one of those people who hates having to pay for carrier bags. The price of them just seems to be increasing all the time. I think Morrisons is the most expensive I think they are now charging 60p. But the best part is the bags have now shrunk to almost half the size. So instead of buying one which I usually buy I had to buy 2. I think they have a CHEEK
It’s a shame that Chris lets this store down with her horrific attitude and customer service, every time I come across her she is nothing but rude and patronising. Why she still has a customer facing role is beyond me as she clearly is not capable of this. She seems to bring the store down compared to other helpful and kind people that work there.
Love the widnes cafe staff are really helpful and very friendly full of smiles can't help you enough I travel from st helens. Well done girls your amazing especially the cafe staff.
