Shop is very dated and gloomy. Car park is a nightmare. In the cafe I was shocked to find that the cup had a lipstick stain on it and looked like it was only rinsed not washed. Also the teapots clearly hadn't been washed either. For the price they charge you can get much more quality service in other local cafes. Only one good thing about the visit and that is the chairs in the cafe were very comfy.

Staff are great, bakery, deli and fish monger also good. Great availability of stock and I would recommend to anyone

I like the shop for a good selection of items,staff on the shop floor and on the tulle are very friendly and some quite chatty.nice touch.

We were Easter egg shopping and wanted to buy one of the moo free eggs for my niece who is lactose intolerant but couldn't find one anywhere. We asked an assistant who went and searched out in the store rooms for one but couldn't find one for us. We were at the checkout when he came running over with a moo free egg in hand. He had spotted one which had been put down randomly in the shop and came looking for us to see if this one would do. His name is Lewis Astalls (got his name off the checkout lady so hope I've got it right). We couldn't be more greatful to him for his help. He has prevented us from making my niece feel left out at Easter. Thank you so much Lewis, you are a very kind and considerate young man. I felt like hugging you but you would have thought I was wierd 😁

I'm a regular Morrisons shopper, but falling out of love with the Widnes shop. Perhaps it's because it is Christmas that the place is becoming shoddy. Little things like lack of basics - what supermarket runs out of pearl barley? Morrison's does and still hadn't restocked after over a week. Coffee machine was closed for cleaning a couple of days back, with no one actually cleaning it. Staff mope around, usually in two's, and not particularly helpful. The shop even run out of carrier bags a week or so back. Put the love back into what you're doing Morrisons Widnes! The only reason I still pop in is because I get the bus from there.
