Today I visited the Maldon store, I felt unwell and asked a store assistant for a glass of water, I was assisted to a seat by the pharmacy and supplied with water. I was continually checked on and was able to go on my way. Thank you tesco its believed I had a TIA.
We haven't visited the maldon store in a while but went yesterday and were really amazed by what we experienced. It was of course very busy but spotless in presentation.nWe found prices to be very keen and the shelves well stocked.nWe found everything we wanted, the girl on the checkout was happy and smiling. But it didn't end there, outside my wife had trouble getting her coin out of the trolley but in a flash the man collecting them appeared and helped her. He then asked if we had found everything we wanted and if we and were we happy. For a supermarket experience this was the best! Well done, see you soon a five star experience

We walked to this store so didn't need their parking, we only purchased two items and used the self service tills, all good.nHowever despite Tesco offering their Aldi price match, this is only applicable on certain lines and not across the store, so overall they are still more expensive to shop with.nThey have slso steadily reduced the clubcard bonus point system to the point for us where we only shop with Tesco for those items we cannot get at Lidl or Aldi.
I visited the Haybridge store two days ago and waited for my wife by the checkout.nWhile sitting near Debbie's checkout she noticed me and thought I looked unwell and took the time to enquire if I was OK.nI was fine but would ask that you pass on my thanks for her enquiry, it was refreshing in this fast moving world .
