Just ordered Asda's on Uber eats, and unlike every other shop, these lazy workers decided to refund half my order instead of finding suitable replacements. I can't even cancel the order and pointless phoning these lazy idiots. Awful shop and always does stuff like this.nnI Only ordered Asda because Morrisons wasn't available, which always puts the effort into providing replacements. Take the things out of stock off the site or put some effort in.nnAbsolute joke!
Very poor supermarket. I would highly not recommend this store to anyone honestly the staff are so rude and are not helpfulll There chill department is turned off early at ench of end of every night which leaves the milk and the dairy stuff stail. I noticed this as when I have been shopping here my milk was lumpy and didn’t taste fresh at all they have also barred me because I did not appreciate the way the staff were with me when I asked for some help. Please advoid this store

Oh dear. 3 days before Christmas and Asda bentalls Heybridge was so disorganized. Went early to get it done. Only one lady covered 7 self service checkouts also one regular checkout and tobacco/lottery. I already had shopping on conveyor belt, the one person serving had to see to a customer on self service, left me waiting. A lady from bakery went to get help. Eventually the store manager arrived, offered no solution, bakery lady said shall I serve on the checkout, manager walked away!! Bakery lady was lovely, but inexperienced on checkout, so, had to wait for original lady who then came off self service to serve me. Absolute nightmare. WHY aren't more staff on, and what let two go for breaks at the same time. Poor, very poor
Lovely place to shop.nThe staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble.nStock a good range of products and have nice late opening hours for anything you need.
