Inexperienced and unhelpful staff at the customer care/tobacco counter. Went to return an item and asked if I can return without the receipt lost the receipt, she didn’t ask me if I had paid with club card and straight away refused me that it can’t be returned. I tried my luck at Manston road Tesco extra and they helped me to retrieve my bill as I paid with my club card. I returned the item without any hassle. Broadstairs Tesco should focus on staff training and teach them some customer friendly behaviour.
Fine - but if you don't have a club card, you pay more for many things. Sainsbury's nearby is far superior. Decathlon upstairs is good, though.

Myself and disabled family came into this store yesterday afternoon on the 12/09/2024nAnd was very unwelcomed by this short stocky security guard in his mid 50,s as he was very miserable, ever so rude and very unhelpful when we asked for help etc never felt so uncomfortable ever talk about customer friendly service also certain staff rude aswell but really upset as did love this store because of good prices bakery and has mostly good items you need but Shame about the staff very upset : needs a better friendly helpful security and staff
First time visiting the shop as I have just moved to the area. Staff really helpful when asking for location of items, I dropped some bits and another member of staff rushed to help and another was packing shelves and singing. So impressed - I will definitely be back
