This place is very sad ,,,security staff who work monday and tuesday named RICK and he is professional and genuine does his work properly and very well liked xxnBut then there is this another security guy with a bald head think he is called steven chatting me up everytime i go in there as i want to shop and be left alone,,,,nNOTHING IS RE STOCKED, HARDLY ART ALLnThe staff have these 2 guys wearing black wondering around shadowing innocent people and how nasty that is i even had my toddler and 4 year old girl with me and she was getting scared,, the men in black half cast looking and just dressed in black clothing lol what the hell is this all about?nim worried incase they were after my daughter at one point but undercover people is not good to follow innocent people in the store,, so we call that harassment told lots of customersnAnd their very horrified even an old lady came out in a right state and was harassed and searched for nothing ,nAnd an old disabled man ,nCan't believe how bad that was and many customers were unhappy with the situation what a evil store as Tesco EVERY LITTLE HELPS ?? this is going to the head office promise
Happy Christmas Tesco. As a nice present for doing Christmas shopping at your store my wife got a nice parking fine of £40 for being just over the time limit. Be aware all ye merry shoppers, in the frenzy of festive shopping you may overlook the three hour limit.
I ordered a meal at Tesco's Westwood yesterday, the food took ages to be brought to me had to ask where it was, when I got it the chicken it was cold not even luke warm let alone hot, I was up vomiting all night shivering sweating I wouldn't recommend that cafe to anyone poor customer service, no point in complaint the management don't care either but then again it is Thanet so not really surprised. Also the toilets were a disgrace, dirty smelly I won't be eating at their cafe or shopping there ever again.
Really wouldn't waste your time Christmas shopping at this store went today and most traditional Christmas items were out of stock, not even a tub of chocolates left.nnI saw so many people moaning and leaving the store because they didn't even have a single cauliflower, mince pies or Christmas pudding?nnSo badly under stocked it was a joke, had to go to Asda in the end plenty of everything there.
It has no butchers or fish counter, pictures are way out of date, most of the food only has a couple of days in date, buy your Sunday roast on a Thursday and the chances are its gone off by Sunday! Staff not helpful at all.
