I am impressed with most of the changes in the store. Cafe is lovely, staff in cafe wonderful but when you made all these changes couldn't you do something you the toilets? They are usually smells, dirty, run out of toilet roll and hand wash too often. The public toilets near a beach are cleaner
An appalling layout. Shopping g takes double the time and it becomes very frustrating. Children school clothes, why have 3 separate areas? If it wasn’t for another customer coming to find me, to say she found some more uniforms, I would have left without. All I could see were customers looking puzzled wandering around trying to find products. While there I had 3 different people telling they couldn’t find anything.nnThe layout needs to be revised. Maybe get customer feedback on the best way to do this perhaps.
Overall pretty good but why on earth have you got to constantly change the shop around, as soon as I get used to the shop and list what I need in order to get in and get out as fast as I can not comfortable around lots of people you change it around again so it takes twice as long to shop and find everything! That's one annoying thing, the other annoying thing is the personal shopping pickers for the deliveries are so rude, barge you out of the way, stand around blocking aisles and items while having a chat with other pickers and just walk towards you with their trolleys expecting you to move out of the way for them to the point of you having to swerve quickly. It's not on and if there was a better shop I would go there to shop. I've given you two stars because of the fact you make an already hateful task a hugely more hateful task.
Store is filthy. Rumour is that they haven’t had cleaning staff in for MONTHS! Staff can’t be expected to do it all and I understand that, however the store is disgustingly unkept. Floors are brown and have food bits everywhere. Nevermind they just did up the cafe because it doesn’t look like it due to the floors and general lack of hygiene.
I had to & use the baby changing room to change my granddaughter, I had no where to put the nappy so had to bring take it home with me as both bins were overflowing don't know how often they get checked, but I have been to other stores they are checked hourly & I won't be returning
