I use this store on a regular basis. Sometimes for a lunchtime sandwich, whilst on other occasions I do a family shop. I know it’s probably not the cheapest option overall, but I know where I’m going.
The store has a good mix of own brands and well known others.
Have found the staff, as a norm to be friendly and helpful

I have NEVER been so insulted before in my life. After spending close to £300,I was harrassed by the security guard on exiting the store. He searched my trolley like i was a common thief. Of course he found nothing, he had simply profiled me as a black lady  with a trolley full of shopping ( apparently this is strange and therefore must be stolen items) and based on this harrassed me on exiting the store.  I will never return to this store again. This is unacceptable and no one should be treated like this. oh and by the way while he harrassed us,many people left the store setting off the alarms, he was not concerned with them, i wonder  why? (we did not set off the alarm when we walked out so he had absolutely no reason to stop us.  4 months in ans i have still not received a formal apology from this store.

Absolutely horrible service approached in car park asked if wanted to buy drugs went into shop told them not interested asked for help several times as are disabled told too busy or  ask at desk or wait a minute tried scan an go was randomly selected 6 times and trolley was searched by very rude staff who crushed all my eggs delicates etc complained about that got more abuse! Talking about 7 shopping trips so not one off
Avoid shop!!!

Very nice clean large store. Lots of products.has optician, chemist, phone store, large café

I went to the self service tills, had a load of shopping under my pram and before I even finished scanning my items, I was accused of shop lifting as ‘security’ wanted to check up on me. Very embarrassing. Maybe next time wait before you jump the gun!
