Such caring lovely people Very helpful
The pharmacist is rude, condescending and she looks down at people. I've even seen her snap at people for asking simple questions. She lets everyone else down because the rest of the staff are friendly and helpful. To speed things up the old pharmacists who used to work there would be proactive and have the daily prescriptions ready to avoid the long waiting time. If she was proactive then everyone wouldn't be waiting 30/45 mins every morning. It's worth driving or walking to Lloyds.
As I am an engineer went there to buy a syringe without needle of course before you guess I am a drug addict : as a tool. I was honest and said the truth for the purpose. I had been refused at the till then the lady went to ask the manager. I never faced a rude and unprofessional manner that I had here before. I don't understand how a manager can't be polite to customers, also why it is extreme as I went for to a pharmacy to buy a tool that they have for sure. Long story short, I have been advised to not be honest, say I need for medical purposes. Sent in my friend, have the syringe. Is it professional when a manager refuses cooperation to customers, and force them to lie?
The slowest chemist I've ever used. Some of the staff but especially the current pharmacist is rude. If I could add audio recordings of just how rude they are then you would be shocked.

A bit small to sell everything. Staff not overly friendly but efficient.
Convenience store that takes advantage of convenience in the prices, good points are post office and pharmacy, bad points are prices
A very large store with friendly staff and as well as selling everything from bread all the way to beer and wine also has the Co-op chemist attached too the store.
