Made me wait ten minutes to check the camera then came back to say their faulty self scanners were not Tesco problem but mine so not sure why he went to check them and made me wait, for fun? This is not the first time they've been intransigent on refunds. Such poor customer service
It's a large Tesco Store. Handy on my way to work, especially as fuel was much cheaper than where I live. Unfortunately, at the moment the petrol prices are not much cheaper than anywhere else anymore. Not Tesco's fault.
Good Tesco good size 2 floorsnnGetting in and out the car park can be challenging though.nnMajor issue is not enough people on the tills and also if you use self scanner every time I have to unload all my shopping the put it back in the trolley. The customer service staff, instead of helping, rolled their eyes and gesture, as I was the problem and it was my fault that I was sold an item of clothing without a tag they entered the barcode manually As a buyer, I have no idea that that product cannot be returned. You should inform the buyer of this or not sell products without a tag.Very humiliating the way I was treated.
Went to the counter at 8.45 pm and asked for my prescription they went off behind the counter mumbling to each other I could see the items in her hand ,them my husband joined me and said what’s happening I said I don’t know they then came out and pulled the shutters down I said oh your closing I said what’s happening and they said we already shut the system down to get the prescription up so we can’t do it then argued with me that there nothing she could do ,so go and see the store manager and said she didn’t feel well and walked off leaving me without a prescription that I needed for that night , I was also very unwell they shouldn’t shut down till nine all the prescriptions from that day should have been already made up my doctor sent it just before 4pm when I rang up they said it wasn’t ready so I went later thinking I would just need to collect it really bad service
