30 year old refused paracetamol because little teenage worker scared I’m an undercover shopper. Took him long enough to spot me while stood chatting with two other workers near self scan area. Then went back to them laughing about refusing me paracetamol from what I could tell. Ought to have thrown my loaf of bread at you. Relative going without pain relief tonight thanks to grunt worker power trip.
Went to do my weekly shop at Tesco today, we always scan our items with the machine, a few items failed to scan as they had different codes. Our groceries were over a certain amount and assistance was needed which im 100% happy with, the way in which it was done was totally unacceptable the young gentleman pulled our trolley all the way through the self scan section and started scanning our items 1 by 1. I've never been so humiliated in my entire life I was made to feel like a thief. I will never ever shop at Tesco ever again.
The worst experience I've had so far.nThe guard a black man insulted me very badly, he yelled at me without me knowing what he was talking about, he yelled at me that I stole what was terrible and shameful in front of other people.Basically, I bought a pair of pants that were on sale and a pair of pajamas when I got to pay at the till everything was fine, on the way out the guard stopped me and started yelling at me to give him the receipt, I was so scared I didn't know what was going on happens I think he confused me with someone else he said to take off my jacket and show him what I have in my bag, I did that.I felt so ashamed that I was accused of something I didn't do the price on the pants and pajamas said it wasn't correct and that I changed it, which wasn't true, I found them at a reduced price in the end he asked me for an ID to take his picture, I gave it to him, I saw that the manager was calling the police, I was so scared that I didn't understand what was happening and that I was being accused of something unfair.In the end I left so scared and I felt so bad, the guard followed me in the parking lot to see what car I was getting into and if I was with someone else because he is sure that I came to steal....so how is it possible that's what those who work for Tesco ask me, how can they allow this!
I bought microwave last sep 2023 at £50 and it has 2 years of guarantee but now they refund me just £16 pounds saying this microwave cost £16 now. Is this make any sense. Worst experience . Costumer care staff is …don’t know what to say.
Really impressive Tesco, we are visiting from out of town and couldn't believe the amount of other Arcadia shops like Dorothy Perkins and Evans conveniently available inside. Everything seemed really well stocked and tidy. We didn't get a chance to try Scan and Shop but it seemed like everyone was at it. Really great petrol prices nearby for travelers.
