In my experience as a delivery driver, I have often had to wait a long time when collecting orders from this location. On several occasions, the order was not ready when I arrived, which delayed my deliveries. I would appreciate better communication regarding preparation times, as this would help drivers plan their work more efficiently. I hope the service can improve in the future.
Awful experience with parking at this Morrisons.nWe parked for around 3 hours and made sure to check all the signage on site. The signs clearly directed drivers to use specific parking apps, which we downloaded and checked. According to those apps, the time we were parked on Saturday was free of charge and there was no option to make a payment.nnDespite following the instructions provided, we later received a parking fine. The appeals process was extremely disappointing — the appeal team did not review the screenshots we provided, nor did they attempt to investigate the apparent system or signage issues. Instead, the responsibility was simply shifted onto the customer and we were told to pay.nnVery poor and frustrating experience
The security gates are terrible. The other week me and my friend got locked in as none of the gates opened and no staff were around to help causing us to have to climb over to exit the store. I work around the corner at one of the other shops and came in to grab some things for staff, 3 members of staff were stood there when I went to exit the gates which didn’t open again and they all ignored me until I eventually pointed out the fact that I couldn’t leave. One member of staff rolled her eyes and said it wasn’t her problem until I found another member of staff that was able to unlock the gates for me. These gates don’t need a receipt even though I had it it makes me not want to come back in here for the fear that I am not allowed to exit the store. I will be putting in an official complaint as unfortunately this is my nearest shop
This Morrisons is a decent size, well laid out, clean and airy.nUnlike some of the other Morrisons I have visited there were plenty of staff available to answer questions and the checkout moved quite quickly.nI didn’t have much time to shop this last time so was whizzing around but it was good to see a wide range of products in the World Food and the Free From section.nToilets are clean and well appointed. The carpark has 2hours free parking but I usually travel by bus as there is a bus stop just at the edge of the carpark.
Big breakfast at the in-store cafe. Hot drinks are refillable at no extra cost. Only the fried eggs were disappointing, no runny yolks.nIf this review was helpful please give it a like below.
