Car park is ridiculous in busy periods. Spend more time trying to get out than in the shop. Tesco need to have staff helping traffic get out. Do not go near at busy times. Total lack of interest in customer experience.
The store has gone downhill since the introduction of self service trolley service! There are hardly any staff manning the normal tills, 3 staff today, it took 20 minutes waiting before we could start unloading our trolley! I feel sorry for the staff who are doing their best, still with a smile and cheery greeting for customers. They deserve better from their employers Tesco needs to get a grip NO-ONE wants the trolley self service!
Last Wednesday, my daughter took bad in the shop which resulted in an ambulance being called however, Emma who works at the shop was amazing and I can't thank her enough for being with us and supporting us at our worst moment. Also a big thank you to the staff that were there and moved some stands in the clothing part to give us some privacy.
Very air conditioned store making it a pleasant place to browse. Contains timpson, photo outlet and phone outlet too plus a pharmacy. Clothing section is very extensive too. The cafe was shut in the evening when we got there. The aisles were well stocked even in the evening and we managed to restock out tin cupboards in particular. Good selection of books at a good price. All the staff we spoke to were very friendly and helpful.
Based on restaurant experience. A healthy good for you breakfast choice yield crispy spinach!!!? Train your staff to cook if you put them on a counter serving food, poor guy didn't know what I meant when I said it wasn't even cooked so he chucked it in a microwave and made it crispy, Really really crispy, really really poor. sadface

Very pricey but a good choice of produce. When busy the road and out is nightmare.

Wow. To coin a Toys R Us phrase, all things under one roof. An amazing place to visit, a one stop shop for all things that you might need. Favourite Club Card offers and prices for festive delights - ample car parking and easy access.
Has been repeatedly closed when it should be open, signs have now changed to reflect closing from midnight to 6am. Last two visits they’ve not had items that I normally get there everything else is stocked.
